Days after an image of a 'demon' bending over an unborn child went viral a mother has righted the balance between good and evil in her own baby scan.
Kelly Lewis, 26, shared the picture which shows what looks like an angel bending over her child, with a cherub's face smiling above.
The mother of one said a friend of hers had spotted the heavenly figure in the scan and pointed it out to her.
She said: "My friend saw the scan of the demon and it reminded him of my baby scan taken in 2012.
"It looks just like an angel is leaning over my baby, with a cherub face as well hovering over the baby. It's so clear, no one could believe their eyes when they saw it."
In a strange coincidence she called her little girl, who is now three, Harper meaning someone who plays the harp.
She added her pregnancy had been "amazing" and she had been made to feel her daughter had been "blessed".
The Cardiff resident said: "People said it looked like someone leaning over her keeping her safe. She is such a well behaved little girl, it's like she has been blessed.
"When I saw the demon pictures I wanted to share the angel as an antidote. It's a lovely thing to have."
At first, the scan looked like a fairly innocuous picture of an unborn child resting sweetly in their mother's womb.
But if you look to the right of the picture, you might see something altogether more disturbing.
A grainy outline of what looks to be a woman has been spotted by many people who have looked at the picture.
Opinion is divided as to what the figure looks like, with the most popular choices being a Hindu Goddess, a mermaid or a demon.
One commentator said: "Does no one else see the demon on the right?"
But another responded: "Hindu goddess on the right side of the image."
To sum up the disagreement, subtlemrs simply wrote: "I'm seeing a friendly mermaid. Everyone else is seeing a demon. We're all weird."
The picture has been viewed more than 500,000 times since being uploaded yesterday.
This creepy occurrence isn't the first time strange things have been spotted on ultrasounds.
Last year we reported how a woman was shocked to see what she believed was her dead Granddad kissing her unborn baby in a 4D scan.
And in another similar incident, parents-to-be Yvonne Spence and John Reynolds were shocked to spot a strange face in a six-month scan.
Unlike previous images, the couple said they could not recognise the ghostly face in the print out but couldn't deny that it was "as clear as day."
And its not just human apparitions that make appearances on ultrasound scans.
In July, 29-year-old Leanne Sullivan was shocked to discover what appeared to be a dinosaur photo-bombing her unborn baby girl.
The image was particularly startling as it coincided with the release of hotly anticipated dinosaur sequel, Jurassic World.
